Together with Heidi Mäkinen MW and the Finnish Sommelier Union, we are organising the Wine Symposium in Helsinki on Biodynamics.
The Symposium will tackle various current and thought- provoking themes such as the field of sustainable viticulture from the historical point of view to its future.
Dr. Georg Meissner and the famous Demeter farmer Henri Murto will talk about the Anthroposophical Imposition in Biodynamics.
The program includes several guided tastings and a panel discussion focusing on sustainable beverage production.
