Wine is culture and joie de vivre. Wine is my theme.

After working as a head sommelière in various top restaurants and training as a Master of Wine
training as a Master of Wine, I took the plunge into self-employment.

Today I work as a consultant and trainer for clients at home and abroad.
As a wine journalist, I write a column in the Kölner Stadt-Anzeiger and articles in various specialist magazines.

One of my core topics is sustainability in viticulture. I have been intensively involved for years
with developments in the field of fungus-resistant grape varieties, organic cultivation and in particular
biodynamic viticulture. I have published a specialist book on the latter.

I have also been a member of the Deutsche Lufthansa AG tasting team since 2023. Alongside other colleagues, I am responsible for
responsible for the wine selection in First and Business Class.
